250g butter
1 cup icing sugar
1/2 cup cocoa powder
3 cup flour
almond nibs & choc chips
method :
Beat butter and icing sugars until fluffy. Combine the dry ingredients and beat into the butter mixture. Stir in the chocolate chips and almond nibs. Drop by large spoonfuls onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 150 Celcius for 8-10 minutes, or 15 minutes for a crispier cookie.
