White and Green Cupcakes


16pcs choc moist cupcakes with simple swirls roses and butterfly fondant ordered by kat Fazlin.

Ok..., to Jerome, as promised before, here is some method on how to make the swirl roses using large swirl tip #846.

1) just put normal size nozzle to compare size with the one i used.

2) You have to start from the centre of the cupcakes, then move the piping bag to the right.

3) Make it go clockwise and move until complete. Note : You have to lift your piping bag slightly to avoid ruinning pattern while you pipe.



4) So....here is the swirl roses :)

it's easy, rite?

I love small cupcakes and they look so cute in these liners. I've been looking for them everywhere. If you could tell me where you bought them... it would be just perfect.
